Rebtel is looking for a Digital Web Designer

The role

You will be part of the Rebtel team - a small team, achieving big things. As part of expanding its capacity to deliver tailored connectivity solutions to global migrants, Rebtel is also exploring opportunities to become an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator). In this role, you will lead the design of our web, one of our key acquisition channels, and impact the experience of millions of users each month. The role includes taking ownership of web design projects through research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-quality visuals for websites. You should be able to lead user research and usability testing to enhance user experience and ensure a high level of design quality and consistency across Rebtel’s web platforms.

We are a small team managing a big business and rely on every team member being a team player and contributing ideas and perspectives, even beyond their area of expertise. As a Web Designer at Rebtel, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring exceptional web experiences to life.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, proven experience in designing websites or web applications.
• A proactive mindset and ability to define and advocate for effective processes to transform ideas from research to wireframes, prototypes, and final web designs.
• Experience in creating creative, user-friendly, and visually appealing web solutions.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills specific to web platforms.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
