Rebtel is looking for a Content Manager
The role
You will lead the creation and management of content across various platforms, ensuring that it aligns with Rebtel’s tone and brand voice while resonating with a diverse, international audience.
The role includes crafting engaging CRM and UI/UX copy as well as driving localization and transcreation efforts for different markets. You will oversee the content for product launches, optimize copy for SEO and ASO, and manage updates to customer support content such as FAQs on Zendesk. Additionally, you will act as the owner of Rebtel’s brand copy and tone of voice, maintaining consistency and balancing emotional-driven marketing with rational-driven product messaging.
We are a small team managing a big business and rely on every team member being a team player and contributing ideas and perspectives, even beyond their area of expertise. As a Content Manager at Rebtel, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design and Customer Support teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content across all channels.
