Why am I having trouble calling from Germany?

 It has come to our attention that O2, E-Plus and other operators in Germany are blocking our Local Access Numbers, causing all "Phone Lines" calls to not work.

They don't want you to use other cheaper services to call abroad instead of using their services. Not cool!

We are working with our providers to solve this issue as soon as possible but in the meantime, follow these steps to keep calling: 

• Call using data/WiFi. You just need to change your call settings from Phone lines to WIFI/MOBILE DATA.

• Another option is to use a SIM card from a different provider and add it to your account. Remember that you can add up to 5 different numbers to one account.
