• For customers applying to this offer, data discount priority will automatically be established as follows:

• Discounts are applied without service interruption. Bonus inquiries are free via 222266#.

• After receiving a top-up of 600 CUP under this promotion, the mobile line will have 330 days of validity. Before this period ends, another top-up must be made to maintain service. Additionally, 180 extra days are granted before service disconnection.

• With the main balance, the customer may perform all usual actions: send messages, make national and international calls, purchase plans, transfer balance, and activate the Amigos Plan.

• The 25GB bonus is activated immediately upon receiving the top-up. Valid for 35 days.

• The unlimited data (12:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.) is activated immediately upon receiving the top-up. Valid for 35 days. Unlimited data is only valid between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

• You can browse national and international websites using both the 25GB bonus and the unlimited data bonus (within the established time window).

• If the customer has active data plan resources (national and/or international), international data bonuses, and/or unlimited data at the time of applying a promotional top-up during this period, these will be accumulated with the corresponding bonus (25GB), and their validity will be extended by 35 days from the date of the last top-up received.

• SMS and MIN bonuses or plans do NOT extend their validity.

• There is no limit on the number of top-ups during the promotional period, as long as the main balance does not exceed the maximum allowed amount: Main Account: Maximum Limit: 500,000 CUP

• The user in Cuba receives an SMS notification. SMS notifications have limited validity and require the phone to be active and within coverage. Customers can also check their balance via *222# and bonuses via 222266#, both free of charge.
