• Customers will receive the recharge amount in their main balance, in addition to the bonus resources. The main balance will remain valid for 330 days from the date of the last recharge.
  Bonuses will be activated as soon as the recharge is received.
• This promotion is for prepaid customers who, between November 18th and 22nd, 2024, recharge through our distributors with an amount between 500 CUP and 1250 CUP. They will receive bonuses of 40GB (all networks) + 100 minutes + 80 SMS, which must be consumed within 30 days from the date of the recharge.
• The promotion will be valid from November 18th to November 22nd, 2024, from 00:00 on November 18th (Cuba time) to 23:59 on November 22nd (Cuba time).
• The required recharge amount for this promotion is between 500 CUP and 1250 CUP.
• After recharging with this promotional plan (starting at 500 CUP), the mobile line will have a validity of 330 days. Before this period ends, another recharge must be made to keep the service active. An additional 30 days will be given before the service is disabled.
• The bonuses are activated as soon as the customer receives the recharge.
• The expiration date for the bonuses is 30 days from the date the recharge was received, by 23:59 (Cuba time).
• The 40GB data bonus can be used for both national and international browsing. The discount is applied per MB consumed.
• The minutes and SMS bonuses can be used for international calls and messages.
• With the main balance from this promotional recharge, you can do everything you normally do with your main balance: send messages, make national and international calls, buy bags, packages, and plans, transfer your balance, and activate the Amigo plan.
• The customer can make multiple recharges under this promotional plan, as long as the bonuses and main balance do not exceed the maximum limits.

• The priority for data discount is as follows:

  • International Data Bonus (LTE)
  • International Data Bonus (all networks)
  • Balance Discount (according to the current rate)

• The discount is applied to ensure no service interruption.

• If you have active combined plans, national plans, LTE packages, and/or international data bonuses from previous promotions, the validity of these resources will be extended for an additional 30 days when you apply a recharge during this promotion period.
• If you have active plans, combos, or bonuses with data (GB), minutes, and/or SMS, the validity of these resources will be extended.
• If you have active unlimited data, its validity will not be extended.
• The user in Cuba will receive an SMS notifying them that their account has been recharged. It's important to remember that notification messages have a validity period and to receive them, the mobile must be active and in a location with proper coverage.

• Checking the balance is free of charge and can be done by dialing *222#.

• Checking the bonuses is also free of charge and can be done by dialing 222266#, or 222BON#.

• If the customer has not used up their bonus and the expiration date is near, they will receive an SMS alerting them of the approaching expiration. To receive this alert, the mobile must be active and in a location with proper coverage.
