• After receiving a top-up with this promotional design, starting from the minimum amount established for it ( 600 CUP ), the mobile line will be valid for 330 days. Before this time expires, a top-up must be made to keep the service active. An additional 180 days are granted before the service is deactivated.

• With the amount of money recharged in this promotion, received in the main balance, you can perform all the actions you normally perform: send messages, make national and international calls, buy plans, transfer balance, and activate the Amigo plan.

• The 25GB bonus is activated at the same time the customer receives the top-up and will be valid for 35 days from then on.

• The unlimited data plan is activated as soon as the customer receives the top-up and will be valid for 35 days thereafter. However, unlimited data is only valid between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

• The Plus of unlimited SMS and Minute bonuses that customers receive will be for national traffic only.
• Customers who top up during the promotional period and have current resources of plans with data (national and/or international), international data bonuses, at the time of applying the recharge, will have these accumulated with the corresponding bonus (25GB), and their validity will be extended by 35 days, counted from the date of the last recharge received.
• You may make multiple top-ups during the promotional period, as long as you do not exceed the maximum main balance amount: Main account: Maximum limit: 500,000 CUP.
• The user in Cuba receives an SMS informing them that their account has been topped up. However, it is important to remember that SMS notifications have a validity period and that, to receive them, the mobile phone must be active and in a place with adequate coverage.
