  • Active data bonuses (GB), unlimited data, free WhatsApp, SMS, and/or MIN will retain their expiration date, meaning they will not extend the validity.
  • A contact can receive multiple recharges during the promotional period, which will accumulate the money in their main balance.
  • Users will have no limit on recharges during the promotional period, as long as their main balance does not exceed the maximum allowed amount.
  • With the main balance, the customer can perform all the actions they typically carry out: send messages, make national and international calls, purchase packages, plans, and bundles, transfer balance, and activate the Amigo plan.
  • The balance inquiry is free of charge for the customer and can be done by dialing *222#.
  • To keep the service active, the customer can make an international recharge starting from the minimum amount established (500 CUP). The mobile line will remain valid for 330 days, plus an additional 30 days before the service is deactivated.
  • After making a recharge during the promotion, the user will receive a notification. It is important to remember that notification messages have an expiration time, and to receive them, the mobile must be active and in an area with adequate coverage.
