Unsupported Features in Rebtel

At Rebtel, our mission is to provide fast, reliable, and affordable international calling. While we’re focused on delivering a high-quality voice experience, there are certain features that are not currently supported on our platform. Understanding these limitations can help you make the most of your Rebtel experience.

PC/Desktop Calling 

Can I make Rebtel calls from my computer or desktop?

Rebtel does not support calls from personal computers. All calling features are available exclusively through our mobile app, which is supported on both iOS and Android.

Video Calling

Does Rebtel support video calling?

Rebtel is focused on providing voice-only communication. At this time, we do not offer support for video calls.

Group or Conference Calls

Can I make group or conference calls with Rebtel?

All Rebtel calls are limited to one-on-one conversations. Group or conference calling is not available.

Instant Messaging or Chat

Is there a way to send messages or chat through the Rebtel app?

Rebtel does not include a text messaging or chat feature. Communication is limited to voice calls only.

Voicemail

What happens if I miss a call? Does Rebtel have voicemail?

Rebtel does not support voicemail. If a call is missed, the recipient cannot leave a voice message through the app.

Call Recording

Can I record my calls on Rebtel?

There is no built-in call recording function in Rebtel. Users interested in recording calls may need to explore third-party tools, keeping in mind local laws and regulations regarding consent.

App Integrations

Does Rebtel work with other apps like CRM or messaging tools?

Rebtel does not integrate with other apps or platforms, such as CRM systems, messaging tools, or productivity software.

Call Forwarding

Can I forward my Rebtel calls to another number?

Rebtel does not support call forwarding. All calls must be answered directly on the device where the Rebtel app is installed.

Receiving Incoming Calls

Can people call me on my Rebtel number?

Rebtel is designed for outgoing calls only. You cannot receive incoming calls via the app—it is intended strictly for one-way communication.

Website Calling

Is it possible to make calls from the Rebtel website?

You cannot make calls directly from the Rebtel website. All calls must be made through the mobile application.
