How to Check Credit Expiration

Now, with Rebtel, it’s easier to check your minutes' expiration time. We know this is a feature you've all wanted, so here’s how you can check your Rebtel credits expiration:

• Go to your Rebtel app and tap on “Services.” Once you're on that screen, tap on "Rebtel Credits," where your balance is displayed.
  

 

• At the Rebtel Credits screen, tap on "Activity." From there, you can see your Bought Credits and Free Credits.

     

• By clicking on the ❓ you will get the full information about the different types of credits.

You can also find in this section the date, time, and amount of credits added to your account, as well as any credits that have been refunded to you.
